Amore Torta is the warm new chapter of a 40-year Shelby Township pasticceria. We kept the bread oven, the cannoli, the calabrese loaf — and added a daily Japanese soufflé cheesecake program because we couldn't stop thinking about it.

It's whisked, baked, and served the same morning. Light. Wobbly. A little romantic.
